Ingredients
  • 1.5 pounds large shrimp (see note)
  • 2 eggs + 1 tablespoon water
  • ⅓ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
